About the Event
Training is online and completed on your own time however there are 3 mandatory live sessions. Please make sure you are available Sunday, Feb 5 (12-1pm EST), Feb 12 (12-2pm EST) and Feb 19 (12-1pm EST)
The Turn Up combines elements of dance and fitness in a way that allows the class participants and instructor the freedom to take their experience to the next level without limits!!
A class with Dance, HIIT, Toning, and Active Recovery in a culture that fosters teamwork, community and energy while getting the best possible physical results is the goal.
NASM and AFAA continuing education provider. This course is 11 CE's and will cover everything you need to become a successful Turn Up Dance Fitness Instructor.
